Virtual Information Sessions

During the summer we hold sessions primarily for assistance with transcription issues, but all questions are welcome. Drop in at one of the times shown below.

Transcription Instructions are outlined on the Transcripts page.  After reading through the Transcripts page, if you need further assistance (especially with the multi-step Bellevue or Edmonds College process), please drop into one of the sessions below:

  • More dates to be set soon - check back in October

Sessions held on Zoom:  Meeting ID: 602 106 0210      Passcode: PNWCC

We offer three types of sessions for students and parents:

  1. Program Information Sessions: These sessions cover comprehensive program and consortium details, including program benefits, deadlines, and instructions on creating an account and registering in SERS.

  2. Drop-In Sessions: Perfect for addressing student inquiries related to CTE Dual Credit class registration, payment processing, prior year credit, and verifying transcription steps

  3. Transcription Sessions: Designed to guide high school seniors through the steps for requesting transcription of completed courses. It is recommended that all seniors attend this session before/in June of their senior year

Staff & teacher sessions are listed on the Educators page.

Drop-In Sessions

These dates and times are reserved for handling individual student questions and issues related to CTE Dual Credit class registration, payment processing, prior year credit, and simple transcription issues.  For more detailed assistance, schedule a meetup on my booking site.  For questions about transcription, see the session times listed in the next section or schedule a meetup.
